Telpark allows you to pay and manage your parking in regulated areas such as the blue and green zones on public streets, just using your smartphone. There's no need to carry cash in your pockets, nor to search for a parking meter. Warning! App will keep charging even after stop using it
This app will charge your card again even when you stop using the app. I just can’t believe it given that the country (Portugal) puts it on their parking street sign legally. And then the card charges you illegally. It charged me months later when I was in another country and not using this app at all. I contacted their customer service and it was not to any use. It was a waste of time and money. Be careful with this app and if you end up using it then monitor every transaction and contact your bank institution for any extra charges.
Can’t modify reservation, even when there’s No parking available
Horrible experience having paid for a “guaranteed” parking spot with possibility to modify the reservation, only to arrive to a full parking lot and have to wait until a place opened up (over an hour).
Avoid at all cost
No support. No way to cancel or remove payment information. Do not use this company-you will regret it.
App doesn’t work on parking lots
Not recommended. The interface of this application with the parking lots does not work. After making a parking reservation through the App and paying in advance, I arrived at the parking lot and the parking cameras did not identify my license plate so I had to pay a total of $67 instead of the $23 I originally had to pay. Customer service is a joke. This is a theft.

Account getting fraudulent charges. Impossible to contact. Don’t use Telpark!!
Credit card number stolen
My parking app/account was used fraudulently today. I am no longer in Portugal I haven’t been there in the last three months), and I was charged for parking today. The security of your customers’ account information is sorely lacking.
Very convenient but had my credit card stolen
Very convenient on a rental car when traveling earlier this year but now all sorts of charges started appearing on my credit card and now having to cancel credit card and dispute charges. Thankfully I had a travel notice so they know that my notice was for earlier in the year. Handle witb care.
not working after update
worked OK before, but after update does not allow to log in and no reply from they support…
No customer service
I’ve initiated two conversations on the app customer service chat. I received a chat bot reply informing that it may take 1 day to get an answer, but it’s already over 10 days without any reply whatsoever. Unacceptable. Once I sort it out, I’ll never use this app again.
Just a small snag
We were able to enter the garage without issue, but when it came time to leave the automated system did not recognize we had paid. Thankfully the attendant was able to override the system and let us out. It was a small delay in an otherwise perfect experience
