Like several others have mentioned, I am unable to manage my devices. I can still check device details like MAC addresses but I cannot change device names to be more descriptive like I used to.
It won’t kept me change the password to my wifi
More than 50%of the time the app does not operate properly, it always can’t connect to the modem to make the function not being working at all. Very slow and wait long time then shows up the functions do not work. Really it is a garbage, Telus doesn’t know how to fix it???
I’m very disappointed with this app. I can’t seem to have it work for quite some time now. I just want to be able to manage my optic tv and it just doesn’t work, I keep getting this message: “Looks like something went wrong while loading Optic TV selection.” “Retry”. It just doesn’t work. I’ve even tried to talk to someone at a store location, and was told yah the app doesn’t work. That’s pretty bad to hear that from your own company store workers. Them telling me to just use the internet site. I thought the whole point of an app was to make it easier for your customers to use.
The app takes forever to upload any information and it keeps crashing . Garbage for sure .! Works app ever.!! 💯🤬💯
System won’t sync, then it very clearly states that all devices will be unpaused but of course they are not. Telus should invest into real people instead of crappy apps to save money on employees
I tried to resync features but it is saying “We are still trying to resync - In the meantime, we’ve unpaused your devices. We’ll be back up and running soon.” I tried to resync features and reinstalling the app but it still says the same thing. It has been 5 months now. It still is not working. I also tried restarting the router but it still doesn’t work. Can you please help me with that? Thank you.
Even though all blue in the field, and everything works fine. It’s really annoying.
Horrible app. Constantly crashes and locks up. Needs to be reset regularly and even then it doesn't work. More money spent attracting clients then actually supplying a usable product.
