Terrible app, does not work correctly

Every time restart fails try to reset modem to clear cache

Lots of information about what is happening. Good to know.

Glitchy and is down for maintenance way too often.

Zero rating Way to complicated just the tv to work now it all messed up. You sent out new boxes saying replace them. Ya right nothing works now

Developers there is a bug in this application. It needs to be fixed asap. Returned my old modem and upgraded to fiber connect now the problem i am facing is i can still see my old modem in my app and funny thing is i have full control over it. Returned modem has been issued to someone who joined telus i tried to play with it alot by pausing devices kicking everyone out changing passwords and messing with usernames 🤣🤣🤣. My issue is i dont see an option to remove my old modem. And i think many more like me who upgraded can still see their old modem. I will keep pausing devices and remove users until telus fix this issue. I reported an important bug that needs attention.

Every day or so unable to control devices!

I really liked this app as I could control the wifi for my kid but now it's not doing anything.

Location is not requesting local network access so it will not detect the access point

Half the time when I’m trying to manage the devices on my router it says something like “oops service not available “. I like it when it works, but it’s unreliable.
