Double checked location and password. Doesn't work.
I made an online registration to signup since their platform make it easy to do direct billing for clients. That was January and i haven't heard any update from Telus nor any confirmation email regarding my application. What i did was clicked the "forgot password" which i haven't even received from Telus and it showed having technical difficulties and call blah blah blah! So i called the number and to my dismay, for all the waiting, the customer representative said they didn't see any application or the business name/licence# and what she suggested was i make another registration and use a different email! For the sake of the stupid suggestion, i made another one but after all the steps and finalized the signing up, they didn't email a copy confirming my application which is of course they should send one (like when you pay and they give you receipt but this signup b*sh!t won't send you confirmation email so it's easy for them to tell you they didn't receive any signup). Bottom line, be prepared to experience what me and my colleagues went through on their online registration signup process.
Says my location isn’t on when it is. Can’t use this app. Deleted immediately
Reset restart reopen - none of this works. My location is set to while app is running but I even tried ask. When I tried ask it says precise location is on and shows where I am but then still says I’m not in Canada :/ very frustrating. I’ve tried on various devices to no avail.
Hi, I can’t login, it keep asking me to turn on location service at the login page, which I did and this message keeps popping up non stop. Very frustrating. Please help. Thanks
It is not possible to log in. I get error message you must reside in Canada to use the App. Please update location setting. I check location services and it is set to on while using the app.
I’m running iOS 14.3 and I can’t even log in. It asks me to ensure my location settings are on, but there is no way for me to allow the app to “always” use my location; only “when I’m using it”, which apparently isn’t adequate. So I’m stuck at the login screen with no way to even get in.
After setting your app location permissions to on when using the app, please be sure to close the app and reopen it. This help me get into the app with my login credentials.. I will try the app and update this review as needed. Thanks
I like the idea of the app. But when I try to choose a clinic location for my claim, I am unable to choose one of the locations. I am using light mode on my iPhone.
Card scanner is a great feature if it work. Clicking so many pictures is weird. Please fix it .
