TELUS Health Connect allows patients to easily connect to their healthcare provider’s clinic and be an active participant in their own health journey.  With TELUS Health Connect, patients can book and manage appointments and complete  pre-visit questionnaires on their mobile devices.

With TELUS Health Connect, you can:
 • Register as a new patient with participating clinics
 • Book, manage and view your clinic appointments
 • Communicate safely with your clinician through 2-way messaging
 • Complete and submit health questionnaires from your clinic
 • Join virtual visits with your clinician from your mobile device

Useless! I originally registered with the app and allowed biometrics. Now it won’t allow my biometrics and it doesn’t allow the password to be remembered. Not very secure as anyone able to access my email can change the password without any security check.
Obviously this app is not written for IOS as it has no Face ID option in Settings. Does not inspire confidence- what other security issues are not properly implemented?
Shame on a Billion Dollar tech company that they can’t get this right!!

Since I’ve started to have to use this app it has given me issues ,especially with login. I finally got it working this week and now I’m getting an internal error. I’m currently waiting on an important message from my doctor and now have to sit and wait and call after the weekend to get this info. This should not be the case for a medical app.

Somehow, the developers have managed to block the built-in password manager on iOS. Also the “eyeball” buttons to view password don’t work. During sign-up somehow the fields all got frozen and I had to kill the app and start over. There’s a “log in with biometric” switch in the preferences, but it doesn’t do anything.
