I had to open my app to find out, that a refill request from three days ago is delayed. Improve your product to inform properly. People need their medication and can’t be skipping days. When a new prescription is received by the pharmacy, the old one isn’t deleted. When meds are prepared, the system doesn’t update that they have been dispensed and keep a status of “in process “. Either the system has not been set up properly or the functionality is deficient. Sometimes doing with out some of my meds. Sometimes meds are at date and then they say it’s a week to early when you go pick them up. It seems like 95% of the time my prescription list is empty and when I do manage to submit a prescription request. It doesn’t actually show up and end up having to call the pharmacy to ensure they got the order.
