TELUS TV+ app is available for download on iOS 15 and above
Subscriptions to Optik TV/Pik TV/Stream+ and live channels are required

Every time I try to login with my Koodo account I get an error message that says “Login failed
Sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again later. (ERR_AGL ACN_3545)” I do pay for the Stream+ bundle through Koodo and it says that I should have access to this. If I go to the actual Stream+ website, I can login, just not with the app.

I was told I would have sports channels like TSN! I am not seeing TSN anywhere on the guide! I was also supposed to get 60 channels! I am not getting anywhere near that many channels! BIG RIP OFF! To top it off, you can’t even speak to anyone!!! Big mistake, Telus is not living up to what they are selling you!
