The iOS companion reads your usage from iCloud and shows the same data on your phone. Dashboard view for the current moment, Activity view for 24H / 7D / 30D trends. See your average session, peak usage, and weekly patterns over time.

Tempo sends your usage to Apple Watch in real time. The watch face shows session and weekly rings at a glance. When a session ends, you get a haptic tap on your wrist - no more guessing when it resets.
