## Temtop Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can’t even connect device"
I just recently got the Tamtop CO2 monitor and downloaded this app to connect to my device. The app was not able to connect to my monitor regardless of scanning the QR code in the booklet or adding the serial number manually. I kept getting an error. What a waste of money. How would I track CO2 levels in the room if I am asleep?! Going to return this.

### *---- "Can’t connect to blue tooth or WiFi"
Garbage. Won’t connect to Bluetooth or WiFi. Requires 2.4 WiFi.
-- Schlauf, 2025-09-05

### *---- "‼️Current BLUETOOTH BUG… can no longer connect. Also readings jumping around‼️"
‼️Current BLUETOOTH BUG… can no longer connect. Have multiple monitors and they all can’t connect to the app. Always offline. Tried with multiple iPads and iPhones so it’s on their end. Yes, I am a foot from monitor. Yes, everything is updated. Also readings jumping around.
-- Smarty Review, 2025-08-10

### ***-- "Bugs bugs bugs"
So far, the app works. However, the charts display incorrect data. The dashboard shows the same current values as on the device, but the chart data is inaccurate. For example, the current PM reading is 1.3, while the chart shows 0.9 — and the same discrepancy occurs for other metrics.
Update: historical chart data is not working. No data for today. Inaccurate charts. C and F temperature bugs.
-- AbraKadabra123678, 2025-08-08

### **--- "Login broken in 5.5.3"
As other users, since the latest update, cannot login or register with email. Login with apple shows "unsupported link" popup. Register/reset password shows "Acquisition failed".
-- Sergii Tkachenko, 2025-05-26

### ***** "Now I know my IAQ"
I bought 4 Temtop devices and put them in different rooms of my home. I found out if I leave my house closed up, my IAQ gets worse. Whenever the number is above the green zone, I open the windows. What a HUGE difference fresh air makes for my family! Everyone in my home is now sleeping better, feeling better and no more headaches! I highly recommend Temtop indoor air quality devices!!!

### **--- "Worked great until the latest update"
This app worked great on my M10+ until this last update. Now, I can’t sign in with my Apple ID (unsupported link?) and I can’t create an account, because the 2FA token never gets emailed to me (and it’s not in my junk mail.)

So, the app is effectively inaccessible now.

### ****- "Bug report"
Current release displays data for only even days. And the button for going forward in date doesn’t work.
-- GuessWhoIamPlease, 2025-03-24

### ***-- "Wi-Fi not good"
Wi-Fi is almost always unable to connect. If remote monitoring is important, this is probably not a great fit for you.
-- Not good wi-fi, 2025-02-07

### ****- "Bluetooth connection issue.."
I had to manually connect to the M100 air station because my phone couldn’t find the unit’s Bluetooth signal. After I got it connected to WiFi, the app works well. Simple layout with easy to understand levels and customizable AQI alerts.
