Isn’t it disturbing wasting half of your time using the app just to close the advertisements. This is Temu. Way too much offers and way too much waste of time. Sorry - 1/10 that’s very bad 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Обещали помощь — не выполнили
Несколько месяцев назад получила заказ повреждённым из-за курьера. Сразу сообщила в Temu, но была в отъезде и не могла оформить возврат. Консультант Temu уверил, что смогу обратиться позже и мне помогут даже без возврата товара. Когда я обратилась, мне просто копировали шаблонные ответы и настаивали на возврате, который физически невозможен. Фото и доказательства предоставила, но никакого решения, кроме “верните товар” не предложили. Очень разочарована — раньше доверяла Temu, теперь понимаю, что даже при их вине они не готовы идти навстречу клиенту.
Wishlist
Unfortunately I’ve encountered a problem with the limitations of wishlist. I really am not satisfied with the way my wishlist is limited by item count I can save. It would be nice to either have the count lifted to unlimited or an option to create additional wishlists. Also I ran into a problem with the virtual assistant who absolutely couldn’t answer to any of my inquiries. Also I never found suggestions/troubleshooting section in the app settings. It would be helpful to have better customer service.
