It’s a big scam from this company. It says free shipping but when your parcel reach your local delivery company they add additional charge (more than 10 USD) and force to pay to receive your delivery. Big scam.

Very satisfied, became a premium user. Had some defects, but refund was done promptly. What i dont like is that Temu uses too many bonuses to force u to buy, but at the end you need to be very cautious!

The courier service for return items in Mauritius is the worst! I might lose my refund because the courier service have not picked the items for return. I don’t think I’ll risk using temu again. I could lose a lot of money.

It’s excellent buying on Temu. But the delivery agent has to be like Temu also. I have had a bad experience with the last package. But i will continue to be a faithful buyer. Thanks.
