Awesome app, it has everything you need to manage properties on the go. Love not carrying around a laptop and getting work done.
Great program. Use it to manage my 26 units. Works good. Has many features and other useful perks!
The best app ever!
I’m so thrilled that TenantCloud team listen to its users! This is really amazing, they added Insurance and now I can be calm knowing my properties and my tenants are safe. Keep a good work! Now it’s definitely my number one tool on the market.
I was never able to complete a transaction on the app because it kept on refreshing while imputing data and all the data is lost. It used to work correctly.
Every time I try to record an expense, it keeps refreshing and all my data gets erased. To enter one expense I has to type everything over 4 times.
I write this review after being with TenantCloud for almost seven months. The app itself leaves a lot to be desired. Customer service takes no accountability for their mistake and simply hits you with the “thank you for your understanding,” without acknowledging that you find yourself in a crappy situation because of TenantCloud. First, TC takes a long time to disburse your money. While they claim that it takes 5-7 business days, my transfers have normally taken over 10 days. I reached out to customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. I highly doubt their hands are tied given the fact that this is the whole basis for their business. Again, customer service did not take any accountability for why my transfers take longer than what they claim. In addition, a few weeks ago I updated the bank account where my money transfer to. I updated the bank account info, received notice it had been updated. Cool, nothing else to do. Now that my transfers are automatically initiated, I see a notification indicating this transfer is being sent to the old bank account, which was closed soon after I switched banks. According to customer service, their system does not accept my bank. But get this, this is the exact same account I use to pay my membership with TC. When I asked them for an explanation about why a notice had not been sent to me indicating the bank account had not in fact updated, customer service ignore my question and just repeated itself, thanking me for my understanding. I was also advised that the payment will go through to the old account until the bank rejects it, which may be “a while” in the words of customer service. How can their system be so sloppy when they share the exact same features as other big companies. It is the basics that they can’t achieve. Unfortunately, I am stuck with this company until the lease on my property expires, but know that I regret staying with you company.
It took me a long time to get accustomed to the workflow but I’ve overcome that phase and can easily navigate what I need to get done. I’m a big fan of automation and processes and definitely tenantcloud has helped me out there. My challenge with the app is it’s performance. With every click or a touch you the little wait circle that spins in rainbow colors. That is a productivity kill. For the new VC owners, please fix performance before venturing into new features and functionality. Not looking for a developer response but a call to ACTION to get this resolved in your sw release train.
Hate this app! Its clear that developers hate their users. It is not at all intuitive. The forced updates are the final straw- we are going to migrate to a better application for our business!
