Shameful. And the association told me they have no control over the fees because that’s what you negotiated with them so someone doesn’t have their story straight. Either way it’s a scam. Background checks don’t cost $300 -- Maw0034, 2025-09-11 ### ***** "Awesome" Great source to use they are very respectful -- Nefertariswag, 2025-08-27 ### ***** "Super Easy and Convenient!" I did everything from my phone — super useful and easy to use. I loved that I could do it in my own language too, since they have native translation in Portuguese. Made moving into my new home smooth and stress-free! Highly recommend. -- GarotaBR, 2025-07-01 ### ***** "Amazing" Application process easier than I ever expected. I was able to upload documents, track my status, and complete everything right from my iPhone. The app is clean, fast, and super intuitive—even better than doing it on a computer. What I loved most was getting real-time updates. Thank you Andrea for your help. -- Jose Mm12, 2025-06-22 ### ***** "Best service!!" Amazing service, fast, reliable and user friendly !!! -- lalalakalalal, 2025-06-18 ### *---- "Applicant" Terrible app, nothing works, impossible to sign in or review aplicación, impossible to work in it -- CaroCal, 2025-05-16 ### *---- "Awful is an understatement" I had to take several pictures of my ID before it finally accepted it. The app does not show the fields as you are filling them out. The layout is terrible. If I were a business using this app, I would have to really reconsider my purpose in life. It is horribly clunky, unnecessarily, lengthy, continuously lagging, and ultimately a waste of good electricity. -- MrVOB, 2025-05-02 ### *---- "Painfully slow" Painfully show -- Papa John & Gaga, 2025-05-01 ### *---- "HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE" The page lags all the time. Documents take around 3 minutes each for them to upload. The application fee is mega expensive for no reason because at the end of the day is more tedious to fill out information in this app than to do so in a paper copy application. It doesn’t let you proceed until you provide madly unnecessary information because is “mandatory”. This app almost made me consider if I should move into a new house or not. It is a horrible bureaucratic process, where is this money even invested into? Because surely none of it is to improve the users experience. -- bssgghb, 2025-04-11 ### *---- "Horrible app" I wish I could leave zero stars given the frequency with which it crashed and failed to save the data I’d painstakingly tried to enter. -- azboston, 2024-12-18 [View all TenantEv reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## TenantEv Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/canada) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/argentina) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/brazil) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/spain) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/colombia) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/peru) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/israel) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/united-kingdom) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/ecuador) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/italy) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/mexico) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/france) - [Panama](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/panama) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/india) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/japan) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/dominican-republic) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/china) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/germany) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/poland) - [Paraguay](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/paraguay) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/hungary) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/belgium) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/turkey) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/ukraine) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/south-africa) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/austria) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/australia) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/azerbaijan) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/chile) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/cyprus) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/czechia) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/denmark) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/egypt) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/greece) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/croatia) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/ireland) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/iceland) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/kazakhstan) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/lebanon) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/north-macedonia) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/new-zealand) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/pakistan) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/portugal) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/saudi-arabia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/tenantev-xxLp/sweden) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
