I love this app. I watch it on my iPhone but apparently it’s only available on my phone… I always look for a tv app for my FireTV but there still isn’t one. Please give us a tv app for this! I’d definitely watch stuff on it more! I already have Viki, Hy-yah! & iQIYI on there…

This app is great until you decide to cancel it. It said had two days left to watch on my subscription but when I tried to watch shows they wanted me to pay to rent it. But yet I’ve already paid. It said on the website my subscription would not be canceled for 2 more days. What a ripoff

I am a subscriber of tencent and l love this app. There is just one thing that l would like to ask the developer of this app. That is if they read their review. I’m asian but not chinese so subtitles in English is very important to me. Can you please not cover the subtitles when pausing by showing the number of episodes? Some of us are slow reader and sometimes the subtitles run so fast that l cannot catch up with the dialogue. I am 68 years old so sometimes I cannot catch up. If l pause, the subtitles are overlap by the number of episodes. Because of this issue, If the drama is showing in VIKI l usually watch it from Viki because l can pause and read the dialogue and then continue watch the drama. I hope you would take note of this and will make some changes. Thank you.

Why can't I find Chuang 2019 anymore?

A lot of content appears that I do not like and is considered sensitive to me, and there is no way to hide it from the screen or block these dramas in my account, which makes me uncomfortable browsing the application. Also, advertisements appear immediately if I stop the video, and this is very annoying, even though, I'm going to delete this app today after a month of bad experience and waste money

I’d cancelled my membership to save money since I don’t really use the app during the semester but I’ve been trying to renew it for a while now and it’s not working.

Buyers Beware. This is ok app. My only issue is it charged me full price $71.99 when the app shows discounted price $45.99 special. No support from either the app or Apple iTunes denied redund request saying it's ineligible for refund. Will try with my card but it seem maybe hard/ impossible to get money back.

I bought subscription just to watch a series. After watching 2 episodes the series suddenly became region restricted… excuse me!? I should’ve sub with Viki instead, never had a problem on that app. I wanted to give wetv a try since it’s a tencent series, too bad their own app is so horrible.

The app cannot play through temporary audio output….It needs 4k for big screen…
