The user experience is awful. The design reminds me of early web design back in the 90s. If TCU is building this in house consider bringing in experienced skill sets around UI/UX and stronger development skills under senior product development management. If this is a white label approach dump the vendor as they obviously dont know how to deliver functional solutions. It has a bill pay limit of $2000 which makes it impractical to use it for paying my Visa bill. I have to keep depositing money in my previous bank in order to use that app to pay my Visa bill. The office told me they cannot change that limit.
