## Tend Reviews in United States

### *---- "Less than 1 percent acceptance"
I have applied for thousands of gigs and only been selected a handful of times. They’ll push you to work the most minimum paying jobs at concession stands and never pick you for the profitable catering gigs. Don’t download!!!
-- joelsioux, 2025-01-01

### **--- "Customer service is non existent"
Don’t run into any issues with this app because there’s no way to contact a customer service all day and night about opportunities, but never respond when you have a concern or an issue with a gig. Never had this issue with GigPro!
-- Kris Hilton, 2024-12-10

### ***** "Wow"
Excellent
-- The reliable app, 2024-12-06

### *---- "Scam"
I worked for them twice appeared on time and was never paid tried to contact the number given and they stopped responding to me making a wage claim today with the labor board
-- Solo tha loak, 2024-12-02

### ***** "My job is at TEND"
I have worked four different shifts for 10 and I enjoy them all and I would like many many more. I am the type that would love to work 40 hours a week so any open shifts send them my way please thank you.
-- Ian Adney, 2024-11-26

### **--- "They canceled my first job"
The app told me to leave at 11am to be on time for an 10hr shift beginning at 1pm.
When I arrived on site I checked my phone and the ap had sent me notification at 11:30am that I’m canceled. How would I have read that message while I’m driving?

I used a quarter tank of gas, paid a bridge toll while spending 2 hours in my car in a downpour of rain.

I don’t know if I can trust the other 5 jobs I’m scheduled for.
-- Frankie1159, 2024-11-23

### ***** "Good company"
One of the best I’ve worked with I just don’t get enough work
-- Firestone baby, 2024-11-17

### *---- "Ticket Taker"
I worked and I did not get paid! I have reached out to Tessa, I have sent emails, and no response! I was faulted saying I did not show up! I have proof that I was there plus the name of my supervisors. I would NOT and DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Wait time is to long to get paid been two weeks bc the take there time doing there so called investigations!! when there’s other apps that allows instant pay!! They’re unorganized, and not professional at all!! Can’t speak with anyone over the phone on msgs and they don’t reply on weekends!! THX!! But, No THANKS!! Only giving one star bc I have to 😏
-- TiaJolly24, 2024-11-11

### *---- "Lack of Customer Service"
Takes too long to get approved for a shrift and it might be last minute. I've been tried to get paid from a shift on the 20th of last month and still haven't had the issue resolved. Theres no number or agent to speak with and you have to wait forever for an email back if you get one at all.
-- Kamau Negasi, 2024-11-10

### ***** "Flexible and great gigs"
Tend has been the greatest. My daughter and I have been working gigs with them for many years now. For my daughter was perfect, it gave her the freedom to work and finish her bachelor degree. She was able to make some extra money to help for her university expenses at UCSD. That’s the great thing about Tend they have gigs any where you go. She worked out there in San Diego while going to University there and I worked them back at home in LA. For my self I love the fact that I can pick and chose the Events’s dates and times that I can work since I have a regular job. The places and people I’ve met and been it’s some of the best part of working with Tend. All there staff are very professional and never have had a issue with pay out. Love being part of the Tend team.
