I’ve been sending them an email telling them that everytime I’m logging in thru web or app, the amount that I’m seeing on my credit limit is different to what I’ve got approved. Answers I’ve got are far different from my concern. 
First they are saying my my company will auto deduct my loan, where I’m kind of bothered as I’m seeing different amount and my due is near, and. The account that I can access with a different limit as to what they’ve said is i dont have a loan there so how can my compnay deduct it on my salary. and they are telling me that I have 2 different account which are personal and I’m not sure what’s the other one. All I want is to have access on my account where I loaned so I can monitor it and pay it in advance if I can. How on earth they can’t help me with this .

worst one!!! got the loan aug then i started to have a new job. they took all my final pay and wanted me to pay the whole amount with interest of around 20k in a span of 2-3months. i contacted them in advance to have an arrangement so i can pay it in installment through my new job and they refused. i asked for an arrangement and the only arrangement they offer is to have the balance be paid in 3/6months? what do you want me to do? stay in a company just to comply with the arrangement you want? fyi the loan was 49k and the interest of 20k was supposedly for a 2yr contract and they wanted me to pay it all in less than a year. this loan app never intended to help at all!!! should be 0/5!!!

I installed this app bcs i need financial assistance, i was trying to avail the available credit bcs i was they actually deducted my payments every cut off and now i can not use the remaining credits as if i was always late with my payment well in-fact it is automatically deducted from my payroll.
