## Tennessee Lottery Official App Reviews in United States

### ***** "10 yr player of app"
This app don’t outta show winners at bottom of scream and delete the ones that have been up for yrs ,and only show winners for a month .get tired of seeing same ol winners ever since one open .app
-- screamink, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Bugs"
FIX THE APP! Every time I try to scan a ticket it crashes!
-- Cool beans lol, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Bad app"
Tried to use the app to check my winnings. It would not scan. Went back to where I purchased the tickets and they said lots of people have the same problem.
-- Gunny Hal, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Worst function app ever"
I’ve read all the five star reviews and for some reason everybody’s complaining about how bad the app is but yet they have five stars tells me these ratings are lies Seems like with all that money they could develop an app that would actually check a ticket but instead says “oops” every time you scan a ticket lol
-- mike<>m, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Scanner is useless"
You have to scan each ticket about 10 to 15 times for it to actually work. If I could give zero stars, I would
-- xandro30, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Nothing works"
Can’t scan a barcode
-- BramiRami, 2024-12-25

### **--- "The ticket scanner is awful"
The ticket scanning feature is awful. It usually malfunctions before it reads the barcode, or if it does read the barcode, gives a message that it is unable to read the ticket information.
-- Michael J TN, 2024-12-11

### *---- "Lottery"
I submit cards in for years and never ever win
-- Lorajordan, 2024-12-05

### ***** "Great"
Awesome
-- mrarion, 2024-12-05

### *---- "Horrible app, too many issues"
Why is this still happening after all the years this app has been out! It takes several tries(which is ridiculous)to try to scan a ticket. It will say oops can’t very ticket. Why is this still a issue? If this says this how do we know if it’s actually accurate by suing not a winner? Are when you enter tickets for VIP rewards are second chance it’s really working. It’s too many errors going on when there’s so much at stake. This issue should’ve been addressed I see reviews saying how the apps is over 2yrs ago. Money hungry company’s who really don’t care. This is the only way to check tickets. Unless you wanna drive to a store just to check(who really wants to do that)unless you have a store run already planned. Should be able to use the app without so many issues!
