The constant chatter is annoying. No need to describe the point just played. I watch on mute most of the time.

The new update is pretty horrible. It’s hard to find matches because now they are listed by day. The search tab doesn’t work. There is a calendar tab that doesn’t work. Worst of all, the archived matches are gone!!! Please, if you fix one thing, please bring back the archive!

Since this app was updated, I’ve not been able to sign in. We’ve got 2 subscriptions so that we could watch several at the same time. But now I’m prompted to sign in and then my passwords aren’t accepted. But if I go to Tennis Channel Plus, my passwords are accepted. There’s something wrong with this App! Go back to the old App. This doesn’t function properly!

Even if you pay for this you can’t watch live finals like the French Open. They expect you to pay for cable TV view the final. So 1900s, so dumb. In 2024 this app continues to be horribly anti-customer. May v10 review. New lipstick. Same old bad quality super compressed glitchy low fps video stream. It should be illegal to put out such a bad service. Such a disservice to the WTA, ATP, and all sponsors: they should pick high quality partner to license & sponsor their content. March 2024 Review: Still low quality stream, and barely usable app. Video is still low quality and highly compressed, the frame rate is maybe 15fps. Am still on high bandwidth connection. Canceled last year. Spring 2023 Review: Just submitted a fraud complaint to Apple. The app does not deliver what it promises. Videos are broken. Streaming is unwatchable super pixelated even if you are in fiber. They do not care about you the customers, only greed.

why add google to the new update noobs. now i cannot watch or leave the app on phone without stupid kid cars making noise outside watching top matches dummys... also app supports purple, purple is cultist. theres woke in here 2. the matches are staged. they change weather to rain holt matches. 1 match i said "it ain't over till the fat lady sings WTA" and stadiums starts pouring with rain LIVE immediately. they messing with players. they think pc hawk eye better than lines man calling to manually make players fail. be wary very feminin. this app spy u, spied me practice tennis in person even b4 update... they ducking me after i practice tennis w/ the LIVE matches 2.

With a 1.4 star average I assume so. Anyone else have to reinstall and verify the app EVERYDAY? Freezes at each commercial break. Streaming is critical to the future of broadcast/cable channels, yet TC puts out a laughable and infuriating product. Hoping Netflix takes over all tennis streaming someday. Have another sucky day TennisChannel+!

If you had ever tried watching tennis on ur own app, you would know how painful it is to try and watch a match on it !! As soon as somebody else launches anything else, I will make a switch ! Till then, forced to suffer your app !! Give you just one example - it just stops and restarts the match from three points ago and you can do nothing to try and get it to sync up to the present play. And it is not like that it happens once, after a game, the app may restart the same game and it can happen over and over !! I have stopped watching tennis because of you guys !!!!

Took multiple times closing the app just to get the stream started. Once I finally got it started, it was very laggy and would consistently jump back like 10 seconds. Very poor streaming performance for 2024.

I used to really enjoy this app until the last update/overhaul. What a convoluted mess of an update. I have no (polite) words for how much I hate it. ROLL THIS $&@% back. AWFUL!! Who says "this is great" and approves stuff like this. Should be fired.

Routinely comes back from a break too late. Frequently, two or three points have been played in the meantime. I also have to force quit the app almost daily. I’m giving this two stars just because of the excellent picture quality.
