Tennis TV - Live Streaming

For AUD180 per year, I don’t get any tennis coverage for 3 months of the year. Tonight I’m watching the Auckland, New Zealand ATP 250 tournament on Tennis TV and the coverage just disappears. You have no contact phone number or email address for customers to tell you about these issues. How about putting this information on the app so your customers can communicate with you and give you feedback.

I like the app. If it was a person…I would punch it - it always asks to push notifications, even though I have said no. Super annoying. No means NO! I don’t want notifications!

TennisTV is a great addition to my sports viewing - great pictures, commentary and entertainment. Excellent value. I especially like the highlights as well as replays. Recommend to all.

I have enjoyed Tennis TV as they cover tournaments not shown on other TV channels or more expensive paid to view. So for just over $12 a month it is well worth it. However, I would like the option of watching a recording of a Full Match, Mini Match and highlights which seems to have disappeared. I am sure I used to be able to watch those before.

For quite an expensive item to purchase it has to be the worst app I’ve ever paid and downloaded for how often it freezes mid stream (phone and tv) even on replays it does the same thing. And here I thought the Hayu app was shocking .,. This = far worse. Definitely not worth the subscription fee.

It can be very disappointing when not all matches at the tournaments you’re covering are recorded or broadcast. That’s what customers are paying for so they can watch the players they prefer to watch.

When you are watching this app, if you do not keep it live on screen when you come back to the program it closes down you have to start over again not good enough. Also it said play from beginning but don’t play. Some times it not worth what you pay?.

Overall good, but lags and freezes my tv.

Absolute stunner for ATP, excluding grand slams, davis cup, etc. For 5 stars I would love to see some WTA. Even just one court at the biggest tournament at any given time.

Since I started using this app 2 years ago Chromecast is broken. E.g. when watching a replay, quitting the app for a while the returning restarts the replay from the beginning… also frequently lose the ability to control playback. Since this is my main use for this app it’s quite frustrating…
