Misleading info on website to include Olympics tennis, and then no Customer Service reply my complaint

I paid near $30 and as soon as landed on the page and clicked on live the Get Premium” message comes up and kicks me out.

Great platform for Tennis enthusiasts, keep scrolling guys. Amazing,,,

1. Can’t link TV, asks for username and password, doesn’t accept my login details 2. Reset password, try logging in with new password, success, until I try to link my tv then the same password is not accepted. Terrible experience. Giving up now.

Disgusting way to make it impossible to cancel subscription.

Really enjoying it , it’s easy to use. Wish you had the Grand Slams as well

Would i recommend tennis tv to anyone ? Absolutely not , which is a shame because the coverage is terrific. JUST FIX IT. I read the reviews, “ I have to sign in every time I watch it” I thought surely that might’ve been a problem in the past. No company that relies on a process to occur to use its service would have an issue with that process, well that’s what I thought. Tennis tv, I’m only one but I’ve got a voice and a keyboard and ten months left of my membership. I hope you would be able to fix this issue by then. I don’t seem to have issues with my other streaming services JUST FIX IT Cheers billr

The implementation of this app for Apple TV, must be amongst the worst in the Apple App Store. The DRM is intrusive and illogical, requiring the user to frequently log into other devices, play charades entering two sets of four upper case randomly generated letters, then provide user name and password, then grant a set of 3 privileges to the app. The list of missing features is legion. No ability to bookmark matches to return to where watched to, no library of watched matches, a truely cumbersome method of finding available matches. Regrettably as the annual subscription has increased the content has decreased, most notably in doubles matches. As the app doesn’t have rights to Grand Slam level matches, it seems inexplicable that Challenger level matches can’t be presented during these four two week periods and outside of the ATP calendar. It is clearly not designed by fans for fans, however, the content is irreplaceable so I persist with the app and allow the subscription to tick over each year

Why is there no tennis of women on here. You might get the odd game but realistically there is not much. More doubles games and women’s. 🎾

I paid for a six mths subscription premium and it keeps asking me to join to see the tennis what is going on I’m paying for something that isn’t given me nothing I’ve tried contacting tennis tv many times because this problem has gone on for days /weeks ..but haven’t received any reply
