I just missed the match, i subscribed with iphone, and tennis tv does not reply to my complaints

I opened the app and it shows that “Network Error” I don’t know what happened but the app is not good!

Billing always false

Ive been billed twice in the same period. Another period suddenlt i cant access premium despite already billed.
