Good afternoon, I am writing to you for the 8th time and the problem is still not resolved. We have taken a subsription from you and as already explained we are not able to watch the match in live. It’s a shame that there’s no WTA matches at all, and we miss all grand slams. Would rather pay more and have those possibilities too.
Crashes everytime there’s a big event
In the middle of very exiting match (thiem-Federer), the app was nit responding. On top, it is not possible to stop and start the broadcast version which is commented.
In the “subscription” there is no option to cancel my subscription. The help desk instructed me to go to App Store to cancel my subscription but in App Store there is no option to cancel. Only “add” is offered in the store. There is no “help” desk/ phone number to help cancelling my subscription! I am struggling to try to find a way to cancel my subscription !!!
So far it’s a pretty enjoyable app and the display is phenomenal and therefore it leaves a lot of interesting players
I pay $17/month and I can’t even access the live stream for the Semis in Adelaide. Terrible experience.
If youre in the US, Tennis TV app is a total scam. They don’t even show non-GS ATP matches (eg semis of an ATP 250 like Auckland). Let alone the fact that no Grand Slam matches are shown. They are dishonest in their app marketing.
