Very happy with tennis to expands the scene

Brilliant

Some initial problems but now up and running. Enabled me to watch Cinch championships in France.

Appalling

My experience with this app on a Samsung TV via Amazon Fire stick is dreadful. It freezes and the sound disappears every minute. I have reported this several times. The other Apps on the Amazon Fire are absolutely fine. Please explain this to me.

Good but not always great to navigate

Enjoying this newly acquired channel but not the easiest to navigate and had problem one evening when I could not watch anything on live stream and watching live was why I paid subscription -I did contact customer services was resolved but not until next day so missed watching matches I’d looked forward to and still don’t know why live stream wasn’t available that particular evening also no woman’s Madrid final ????

Hopeless

Can’t watch, the camera is waving around, all I’ve seen is the player’s heads, the spectators elbows and the sky! Very poor indeed

Rubbish

I’ve been complaining since day 1. Picture keeps freezing. Can only watch live. Cannot see replays. No WTA No Grand Slams. Refusing to give me a refund. I have contacted the tennis tv helpline on multiple occasions from the very first moment that I tried to watch but they won’t even give me a pro rata refund despite the fact that I’ve now had to pay for a different platform in order to get sensible tennis coverage

Cancellation

I have requested cancellation of my account, on numerous occasions, over months..I’ve asked asked my card company to stop the payments..:You have so far ignored cancel of account request….This is fraud, and your cancellation process is suspect, to say the least… June 4th 2024…..stop payment request now F Howard..

Love it

Expensive and near impossible to cancel

Much more expensive than Amazon Prime who I used until they stopped showing tennis. You don’t get WTA either. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for the past week and all options listed (app/ Apple subscriptions/ PayPal auto payments) don’t have option to cancel and no response to support emails sent to Tennis Tv.

Should be better!

Basically works okay, but I’ve noticed on Apple TV. It should behave in a more consistent way. It keeps logging me out, which is tiresome!
