Vad gör de? Appen hade perfekt emulering av piltangenter med enkla svepgester, men nu har de förstört detta helt. Nu ska jag hålla ner fingret och vänta (!) innan jag får använda piltangenterna, och det är helt omöjligt att ha någon som helst precision eftersom hastigheten varierar hejvilt 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ Jag gillar inte alls att använda appen lika mycket nu. Det är faktiskt fascinerande hur mycket jag har börjat undvika Termius på grund av detta. Från 5 till 3 ⭐️... "Designers" som ska peta på saker som fungerar är sannerligen källan till mycket av alltings försämring. — Markera text och den erbjuder att googla eller söka på Server Fault. Fingertoppskänsla. En av få riktigt trevliga och polerade appar som bara funkar och inte är i vägen.
Pricing from another planet
The pricing of this to just get simple features like cloud sync and configuration import is through the roof. 150-210 euro per year for a private person, let that sink in. Apple comes off as cheap in comparison to this company’s idea of what they should charge people for one application’s features.
Latest upgrade
When I upgraded to the latest version 5.9.1 all my saved connection passwords were lost
Great tool but you will never convince me that a terminal is worth a subscription
I love the application. Sleek and simple to use. However, greed is in vogue when a company develops a terminal emulator that they start charging a subscription fee for and they think it is reasonable. Just because “everyone else” is doing subscriptions, regardless of what they try to sell,doesn’t mean that YOU need to do it as well. I would happily pay a $/€20 one time fee for a “pro” version, even if it is only for the current major version. But there is no chance I will ever be convinced to pay a monthly or yearly subscription for this type of application. It is not a service! I want to manage MY services with it.
Unusable
It used to work great but now that I installed it on my new phone it keeps trying to force this vault thing on me and wants me to login, it won’t let me use the app otherwise.
Keyboard issues
I wanted to use this app with an external keyboard, but I can’t get it to type curly braces, which I need to type all the time. Tried two different bluetooth keyboards (one off them can be switched to Mac/iOS mode), but same problem with both. After turning off “use option as meta” I could at least type [] via option+8/9 (Swedish layout), but option+shift+8/9 only produces a beep and ~. Is there a fix for this?
Freezes
Was a great app until a couple of weeks ago, nowadays it keep freezes on start, which makes it impossible to use.
All hosts lost after upgrade?
Been using this app for years. Used to say: “A realt good app if you need ssh terminal access from your iDevice. Has nice support for swipe gestures.” This was for me a 4 star app. But know suddenly all of my host configurations were gone. Had to manually enter them again. That is somewhat of 1-2 stars. Combined I’ll still give this 3 stars and hope to never have a settings loss again 🙏
Couldn’t register at all, can’t use if not registered.
Use AppleID login, app said “registration failed” after setting the passphrase. Cannot use the app at all! Why do this? App deleted from iPad now. Goodbye.
