Ever since my accounts were linked the Congratulations page on the App keeps appearing after logging on and cannot be removed. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but issue persists. App is useless in current format. Update, after about 4 weeks the App is no functional.

Love the app but ever since My Rewards plus was logged into the Congratulations message keeps coming up with my points balance when I log in and can’t get rid of it or close it which means I can’t access the app to order or view medications and can’t get rid of it. Help please !

I’ve tried 4 times to reset password and it says my credentials are wrong !????? Please fix your app coding Thanks

Despite my appalling attempt to order my scripts online and duplicating my order in error, the lovely staff patiently deleted the duplicated orders and processed the scripts I needed. I have now learnt how to use the app correctly and really appreciate the one on one lesson and patience of staff. Thank you so much, Susan M.

The app takes the stress and procrastination away from reordering my scripts and anything I need. It makes it easier to take care of yourself. The onsite staff are also always so lovely to deal with.

Easiest way to manage, order and organise my scripts and medications. Absolutely changed my life! No stress and so easy to process.

Created a new account. Keeps saying credentials are wrong and to change password. Changed password 5 x now. Doesn’t work. Poor
