## TESA SMARTair Reviews in United States

### *---- "Worst Door Lock App Ever"
The app is down for multiple days, and I’m locked out from my home.

If you don’t know how to make a reliable app, get another job.
-- Frustrated Lock Out Customer, 2024-08-06

### *---- "This app is trash 🗑️🚮"
Tesa SMART Air constantly & routinely goes down which makes it downtroddenly unreliable especially if you’re trying to access an apartment or domicile. You need to carry a fob just in case, which isn’t ideal because then what’s the point of having this app? They also need a smartwatch app (Apple and Google play) so you have optionality.

Don’t waste your time with this tech. Use Latch app/technology instead. Trust me!

Tesa SMART Air is STRAIGHT garbage 🗑️ and it’s been like that for years, so there doesn’t seem to be any straight line or plans for improving the technology…throw the whole thing away 👎
-- number #1 stunna, 2024-05-30

### *---- "It’s super awesome with the service is down and you can’t get into your home"
Hard pass
-- dstudentx, 2024-05-30

### **--- "Not impressed"
Needs an iPhone widget and Apple Watch app. App is also very buggy and I couldn’t use it for a week straight. Definitely not great enough to rely on just the app, like I can with Latch.
-- Shadaedae, 2023-12-14

### *---- "No Apple Watch"
Not much else to say… it’s 2023, and the app has a UI straight from 1993 and no Apple Watch support.
-- perrydebian, 2023-07-04

### *---- "Works 10% of the time"
Absolutely terrible app. I need to be off the wifi to use it (and the door I need to open is in a basement with no cell service) and even then it is incredibly buggy. Very inconvenient. PLEASE FIX THIS APP SO THAT IT ACTUALLY WORKS.
-- jelyashiv, 2022-10-18

### ***-- "App is okay as a backup to the key fob"
I like TESA as a backup to the key fob, but UI needs work. Also Apple Watch app is a must. It would be easy to add watchOS support as well.
-- Mahdi MSG, 2022-10-11

### *---- "Awful"
Doesn’t work on WiFi, you have to click “unlock” a dozen times for the door to even unlock, freezes all the time
-- ckenahan, 2022-03-01

### ***-- "APPLE WATCH"
Please. PLEASE add Apple Watch support.
-- JordyJr12, 2020-02-19

### ***-- "Needs Face ID & Apple Watch"
This is a decent app, but without Face ID and Apple Watch app, it’s incomplete.
