I have been using this service for years and only had an issue once, which Tesco promptly solved. The app works well, it is easy to find things and the drivers arrive within the slot time! Can’t fault it. Great for busy times. Produce always fresh.

It has been a long time since I have done an online shop with Tesco. The app is after simplifying the ordering process so much. Thank you.

The app is always updating when I go to use it in store. The club card is a barcode which is a piece of text which could be saved to the device easily but sometimes when I am at the till it won’t load. The app is intentionally made hard to access at critical times so Tesco can make more money with their extortionate non club card prices. I take photos of the barcode but cant find them because I only go to Tesco every once in a while because of this very reason. Once upon a time in Tesco.

I find the app works well for me, I prefer the mobile app to ordering through the web. I used to do it on the web app, but this app is so much better. I appreciate that you can see all nutritional information for groceries. It's nice that it keeps track of my favorites and usuals, regardless of whether I buy them online or in store. Search works pretty well. I wish the delivery was cheaper though. I use it when I need to buy a lot of things at once or bulky items, it's very handy!

Always love shopping at Tesco in store or click and collect. love their products and clubcard is very helpful i get to save a lot using it. Great service, will definitely recommend 💯

Such a great service. I use the click & collect weekly and it saves me so much time doing the family shop. The app has never given any problems and is very easy to use. The ‘usuals’ feature allows me to get my shop done in a matter of minutes

Order is flawless, don’t forget to authorise a higher amount as in throw a few expensive items in for the credit/debit card, this way as long as your shopping bill is always below the total you don’t have to keep authorising the shopping every time you add something or remove, Tesco is unique for this hack and it makes alterations effortless, Tesco has been solid before and during covid, and after, many a family would have starved or been at the mercy of some of the more dodgy supermarkets, fair to say the pickers are all sound as well, we wish the service, pickers and drivers all well and thank them all for keeping us all well fed including our pets. :) Rosses point Sligo

Handy for shopping groceries when you do t like crowds! Click&Collect I’m Here still doesn’t work since it was launched so I don’t know why it’s even coming up. When you want to give it a 1 star for not working it just throws an error at ya.

Love the Tesco app and how easy my weekly shop has become , I have been shopping through app for years using click and collect or delivery. A few things I would love to see introduced to make even better - 1. Push notifications for 1 or 2 hours before basket changes gets disabled. And 2. Ability to create a shopping list where you could add some or all to basket
