Recently the iOS app has lost its ability to control climate and navigation to my car. My Samsung devices still work. Can you have a look please Apple.

Specifically on charging, it’d be great if you can schedule charging at specific times daily, multiple times a time and be able to set multiple peak and off peak hours daily. There’s a start charging time but you can’t set end charging. The two functions cancel each other out. Also, it would be great if you can attribute charging sessions the three different places. Sometimes you charge at home but the gps says you are not and these skews the graphs and info.

All you need to run things. More stats would be appreciated. More accurate fuel vs electricity cost would be great. Lots of improvements have been added in the 7 mongers I’ve used. Solid. No crashing.

I use this app to monitor my home solar system and to track “savings”. The app is quite buggy. If you go to the “Impact” screen where it’s supposed to calculate how much money you have saved with your solar system, it doesn’t update for days at a time and doesn’t even provide the same information in the different views e.g. if I go to the lifetime view it says I have saved $66 but then I go to the month view and it says $74. Note the system has only been online for a week. Also I have the fronius app as well and this gives me information to two significant figures (two decimal places) and seems to be WAY more accurate than the Tesla app. At the end of the day the fronius app shows ~5kWh more than the Tesla app for the total generated on a sunny day. The Tesla app won’t even let me enter the cost of electricity to 4 significant figures. Are you serious Tesla? My power is 37.09c/kWh not 37. Let me enter all the data and calculate it accurately please. After the latest update they have added a widget for monitoring the solar system on you home but it seems to never update until you open the app which defeats the purpose of it. Also it has a timer in the top left of the widgets that counts up in minutes and seconds to show when the data was last updated. I find this a waste of power. I don’t need my widget to update every second. You could just have a time stamp of when it was last updated or it could say <1m, <2m, <5m etc so it doesn’t have to update the display every second. Also please make the widget update it’s information more often. It’s useless if the data is an hour old. Like my widget said my battery was 60% charged and then when I opened the app it showed that the battery had actually discharged to 50%. Useless having a widget with outdated/misleading information.

Latest update on Apple is rubbish. Home Screen is a mess!

Could you please make in the next update or just the one after that? My idea is can you make the display have more decibel places instead of 2.4Kw show 2.389Kw. So we can get a better idea of power usage and charging speed. Thank you Martin Paisey

Unfortunately, I installed two Energy products in one day and each required a “new site” to be created. Creating a second “new” site would have not been necessary if I had signed out and in from the App before installing the second product. Now, sadly, I have two different “sites” with the same name and each containing only one product. It would be a nice additional feature to be able to remove multiple sites and consolidate products onto one.

for some reason when i purchased my new tesla the app connection and keyless entry is much slower than previous models i used to own. I remember getting into the older model with ease but now 9/10 it has to load before app works. And sometimes i walk up to the car and door is not unlocked. Its quite fustrating tbh.
