Route planner does not work in Singapore. Why?! It is misleading that in Singapore the application shows an incorrect average charging rate, which in reality is more than twice as expensive.

Everything is good about the app so far. Could probably add last charge stats rather than just showing monthly stats as an enhancement, than for us to rely on 3rd party app to track.

Totally rude people doing customer service. Dealbreaker. This is my last straw with them. I am done with this brand. To those of you who thinks you are making a wise choice - you are not buying a Bugatti. Expect disappointment later in your journey. Have fun!

When installed on iPhone SE, the app fails to show the Add Driver option under Security because the phone screen is too short. It is not possible to scroll screen to show the Add Driver option either. Oops.

It’s a must have to own a Tesla. Yet it is made to function beautifully as if you wanted it rather than need it. Still room for improvement but great as it is.

Simple and intuitive app to control car, solar and power wall. Amazing experience.

1. Add ability to edit the price of a specific charge session. Sometimes my “other” charges are free, other times they are paid. Maybe have a set price and one setting that toggles on/off for free. 2. If I live in an apartment and get free charging, let me set my home charging amount to $0.00 3. Schedule sentry to turn on and off at specific times. For example, every night from midnight to 6am it could be scheduled to turn on. 4. If I move and my cost or home charging changes, it shouldn’t backdate and change my stats. I should be able to adjust price going forward only. Or I switch electric plans, it should only impact cost savings going forward. 5. Route planning. I have favorite destinations saved in my car, but they don’t show in the app. Expand app/car cross functionality so I can route plan in the app using my favorite locations. 6. Let me open the glove box from the climate screen. Just let me tap it and it opens. It’s too many clicks to get to it otherwise and it shows the glove box on the climate screen just just won’t let me click it. Make it easier to open for the passenger.
