Issue with today’s update
Since I updated the app with today’s update 22 November 2023, the app is not connecting with the car unless I am in the car!

- Heat or cool your car before driving – even if it's in a garage
- Lock or unlock from afar
- Locate your vehicle with directions or track its movement
- Send an address from your favorite apps to start navigation in your car
- Allow your passengers to quickly control media
- Flash lights or honk the horn to find your vehicle when parked
- Vent or close the panoramic roof
- Summon your vehicle out of your garage or a tight parking space (for vehicles with Autopilot)
- Update your vehicle software from wherever you are
- Engage with Powerwall: monitor how much energy is stored from solar, used by your home, or exported to the grid
- Download your solar production and battery usage data

Good application but I hope it supports Apple Watch soon and control to park my car in UAE
Very good
Lots of low ratings but this just works for me. No issues whatsoever. Unlocks,sentry, updates, etc. Found the Bluetooth very reliable never not been able to get in my MY. The lock, horn, lights work from the app with only about 1 sec delay. Cabin overheat working well and switch ac from app is easy.

Many options missing
No sentry live view, no summon, no auto park ! It all seems to be going downhill for Tesla
Horrible Customer Service!!
Worst customer service I have ever encountered in Dubai. Let alone the huge delays in delivery without even a proper notification…now that my car is already in the country, they are still giving me hell They sent me an email giving me a week to finalize my loan just before the weekend without attaching the essential documents the bank needs to process the loan..THEY NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS, I had to call them and waited for 20-40 minutes until they replied and sent me the documents The same thing happened with the next step, they sent me sms saying that my VCC is now uploaded to my account and I need to get the insurance done within 48 hours! And guess what!! There was no VCC uploaded to my account…again you have to call and wait so that they send it…no matter how many emails you send, nothing gets done until you call You have no idea how unhelpful the customer service agents are and how little information they are willing to give you Even the little information you get is always inaccurate and contradictory My car has been registered for 3 days and still I can’t get accurate information on the time or even the mode of delivery Some agents say I have to pick it up and some say it will be delivered They assign you random delivery date and time on the app without consulting with you on your availability and when we called them to schedule a suitable delivery date and time they said we don’t even know when we are going to deliver your car…what’s on the app is just an estimated date Very long horrible story short…the presale experience is a total nightmare In all the years I have liven in Dubai, I have never seen such a long and inconvenient experience buying a car. It always took my 2 visits to the agency, a down payment and a couple of signatures to get the car
Lacks useful features
* no live sentry support * no Apple Watch app * can’t connect car to WiFi via the app * summon always glitches and arrows UI is not user friendly
