Can’t read the car status
With the latest update, app can’t get connected to the car and I can’t see if it is charging, I can’t start heating, it became completely useless.

Good for the most part
It’s a decent app but a little power hungry if you leave it running. It’s stopped giving me charge stats so that’s a little annoying. Otherwise a decent app.
Power wall
Entering a custom utility plan as detailed by the electricity providers, only allows the use of two decimal places whereas most electricity plans are to four decimal places per KWh. Usually it is 0.2388 which can be rounded up but it would be nice to be wholly accurate!
Poor on scheduling
For such a high tech piece of kit, you only have one charging schedule and one preconditioning schedule. Also, you can’t set it to be fully charged at a certain time. You have to get your calculator out. Why? So good but so lacking in this basic feature.
Shocking
sick to death of this app not working, i have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times, signed in and out about 10 times, works now and then but usually just loads round and round continually it’s a disgrace for the price we pay for these cars!!
Scheduled Charging Bug: what’s wrong with charging between 01:00 to 01:59
I love this app and cannot understand the negative reviews. However, there seems to be no way to set scheduled charging to start between 01:00 to 01:59. Please fix this ASAP as needed to make full use of my off-peak tariff. Thanks 🙏🏻
Brilliant
I have a Model 3 and an XC60 recharge. The Tesla app is vastly superior. It’s reliable and quick. Completely brilliant- well done Tesla. Love it. Wish the Volvo one was as good.

Unusable
Trying and failing to log in to my Powerwall. Can’t do so as my address doesn’t exist. App is therefore utterly, utterly useless.
Not what it was
I only have a Powerwall and since the last update the off peak charging from the grid is screwed up. The charges to make smart use of various off peak tariffs just does work. It charges during the day instead of at off-peak times and does nothing when it is off peak. I have deleted and re entered the tariff data time and again. What was wrong with the old method of simply setting the time you want your unit to charge from the grid! Very disappointed as I am now tied into a electricity tariff I can’t benefit from.
