TESLA LIVE FAQ
Is TESLA LIVE free?
Yes, TESLA LIVE is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is TESLA LIVE legit?
⚠️ The TESLA LIVE app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
App sometimes show devices offline and it becomes difficult to handle devices
App doesn’t allow you to connect devices to wifi, I used an adroid phone to connect my device to wifi
There are grap issues and it doesn’t show correct date and time on graph
Wastage of money if app doesn’t update
It should have friendly colours like other inverter apps
Is should be colourful and show complete detail.. graphics are boring
Tesla 8kv
It is humbly requested to improve the app , automatically WiFi connectivity must be insured. Energy consumption and energy export in units must be in app. Resolve it immediately.
3rd class app
Doesn’t show any significant data. Inverter itself is perfect but i am repenting buying it because of app. Should be able to draw deductions from it. U cant know how many units exported to wapda and how many consumed in house.
Offline glitch
Most of the time app appears to be offline although it is connected to wifi. Due to this monitoring becomes impossible
Tesla Live
Extremely professional staff
If you have paid them money they won’t listen to you
Even their higher ups do not respond to customer
Customer is supposed to be king but with tesla you become slave
As far as application is concerned, it is like a toy, you dont know how much your system is producing, even if the connectivity has lost, you even unable to reconnect and yes if you would contact to them, you would be lucky if they respond you.
Strongly not recommended.
It is pain which you buy with money from them.
WiFi connectivity
It needs improvement, mostly it is disconnected. When device is reset, it automatically does not recover.
Needs an update
The app badly needs an update. It is doing very basic tasks but can be improved to quite an extent.
It should give push notifications when lights go out, inform of amount of utility being used with solar energy, store previous data, have zoom capabilities with graphs, consolidate two parallel inverters data into one.
Can be better
A few improvements suggested:
1 - energy graph may be zoom able
2 - energy savings may be selected by date and time
3 - energy savings may be downloadable in table (excel/csv) format
4 - utility (IESCO) usage may be recorded and shown in energy graph to track bill/usage. Will also serve as power outage record.
5 - setting inverter parameters requires turning off grid line, switching off the unit and then changing parameters within a few seconds while the unit has retained the power, this is very annoying process, an update in firmware to fix this issue is also highly recommended
6 - battery settings are confusing, some parameters call for values to be multiply by 10 or 100 while on other placed direct value needs to be entered. The firmware may fix this annoyance as well
7 - settings of inverter may be done via mobile app or a desktop app connected via network cable, as small lcd display is very difficult to control specially while entering WiFi password
Bugs in connectivity
Internet connectivity remains an issue from start of installation. And this issues defeats the purpose of having the application. Needs to be addressed asap.
