Need to install an app just to read a test result. But turns out the app is not compatible with pixel phones more recent than version 6 (most recent is 8!), nor any iPads.

While I am really impressed with the concept, scanning these strips (both the QR code and the completed test) was a nightmare. It was more by luck than judgment that I completed the scan within the timeout period. Anyway, by the skin of my teeth, I got a result.

this is complete false advertising, i was offered this from superdrug and now i cannot find out the results of my test. Sat in pain with no available doctors appointments.

Now that it’s finally been updated for the IPhone 14 (Thank you) I can give it the 5 star that I originally wanted to. It’s great to have a way to test on the go, it’s easy to use, discreet and the best has a line to a DR if needed depending on where the test was bought. Can only ask for one more thing … 
I will ask that you work on the update for the next IPhone now so it’s ready when it comes out not over a year later! ;)

I understand it takes time but it’s not clear from the packaging that new phones aren’t supported. I assumed the support requirements are minimum and not absolute. 

Wasted my money and didn’t get the test done.

The app doesn’t support iPhone 14 pro. I have a painful suspected UTI and can’t even diagnose it despite paying for the kit, so my only option is to take the medicine with an unconfirmed diagnosis. How the hell are you allowed to release this app with partial device support. This isn’t an optional user problem. I am in pain today. The website says ‘all from the comfort of your own home’ but doesn’t fulfil that promise. Worse than useless. Book a doctor’s appointment.
