I once had access, then revisited after a hiatus, tried to TF again -. Access denied. 

Couldn’t work out why.
Got in touch with the developer who authorized permission for me to join. Downloaded TestFlight put in the redemption code, didn’t work.

Couldn’t go back on the redemption window.
Got a redemption token- put it in again- 
access denied.
I gave up. Pathetic.
