Refrigeration systems, air conditioning systems and heat pumps, heating systems, indoor air quality:
- Leak test: Recording and analysis of the pressure drop curve.

Company name stopped showing on the top of the report
I used to generate readings reports to the customers from the smart app.
It shows my company information and logo on the top of the report. Company information is setup through the settings.
New saved readings stopped showing the company information on the reports.
Technical support are not responsive or busy all the time. They sent me an apology email and asked to make sure that the app is up to date.sent them back an attachment with the 2 different pdf reports. No response. I subscribed to the pro version for multi sites didn’t fix the problem.
Same issue with Testo DataControl for PC users. I am going to try MQ to see if they have better options.
From bad to worse
Horrible, smart probes app works little better.
Slow
The app does not recognize the tools I have used each time and have to go back in and identify each one being used. More time consuming. The range of the probes has seamed to drop off.
Add a refresh and or reset "button"
Update with a refresh and reset option, as soon as possible, getting kind of bothering to have to uninstall app an reinstall app every day due to glitches not allowing me to use with my smart probes properly🙄 y'all can figure that one I'm sure!!!!!!

Testo 557 Bluetooth
I have used this app for years with my Testo 557 Bluetooth . The recent update for bugs just created a Bluetooth connection issue.
I press up and down arrows to turn Bluetooth on and see the Icon. I then open the Testo app.
I never see anything connected or connecting.
Paid a lot of $$$$ for my Testo 557 Bluetooth.
I went to your support and put a ticket in.
What sad I have Job link for my HVAC kit with no issues connecting to my IPhone 12 IOS 17.1

I don’t know what you did to the perfectly good program, because now it’s a worthless piece of compost. It keeps dropping my probes in mid test, the usable display interface is gone etc.
I used to be able to show my customers what was going on, but not now.
It’s embarrassing.
App can’t remember it’s installed weak Bluetooth range.
As with many other frustrated users. After using the old app successfully for years. I removed then replaced the old "testo Smart Probe App" with the new "testo Smart App". As other users stated. Once launched, It continues to ask you to install the new app. Clicking on install, takes you back to Apple apps which then gives you the option to open the app. This occurs every thine the app is opened. Also when using the 605i (even with fresh batteries). Bluetooth range averages 7-8 feet. It’s as if the refer walls are blocking the signal. Paid hundreds of dollars for the Testo kit with (1) 605i, (2) 549i. Having not used the 549i yet. I’m sure their quality… Though, did I make the wrong choice of equipment, due to poor software design. Their useless without the integration.
Not working after update
I’ve been using this all week long and now after the latest update it’s not connecting with the phone. I’ve got a 12 max pro.
