Import a TXT, PDF, Word document, Excel sheet, CSV, JSON or plain text file and Testory extracts the questions and answers for you. Paste text straight from a chat, or drop in a download link. Everything is stored on your device, so it all works with no internet connection and no account. IMPORT FROM ALMOST ANYTHING - TXT, PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), CSV, JSON, QST and QSZ files - Paste text directly, or load a file from a URL — Google Drive, Dropbox and GitHub links are converted automatically - Recognises the common answer-key styles: "+ / −" marks, "A) B) C)" with an answer key at the end, asterisk-marked answers, and blocks separated by blank lines - In Word files, answers written in bold, colour or highlight are detected as the correct option - Automatic clean-up: page numbers and repeating headers removed, lines split across pages rejoined, duplicate questions dropped - Every import is previewed and editable before you save it SIX QUESTION TYPES Single answer, multiple answers, true/false, typed answer, ordering and matching — each with optional images, hints, explanations, topics and custom point values. PRACTISE OR SIT AN EXAM - Practice mode shows the result right after every answer; exam mode holds it to the end - Time limits for the whole test or per question - Shuffle questions and answers, partial credit for multi-answer questions, favourites-only sessions and your own pass mark - Filter by topic, or drill only the questions you got wrong last time REMEMBER IT FOR GOOD - Flashcards for fast recall - Spaced repetition built on the proven SM-2 algorithm, so each card returns exactly when you are about to forget it - Read questions aloud with text-to-speech SEE WHAT IS ACTUALLY WEAK - Overall accuracy, attempts, perfect scores and total study time - Accuracy broken down by topic - Your most-missed questions, ranked - Daily activity map, weekday breakdown and study streaks - 16 achievements to unlock BUILT-IN EDITOR Write a test from scratch or reshape an imported one — question by question, or as plain text on a single screen. Give every test its own icon, colour, subject and description. EXPORT AND SHARE Export a test as a PDF with answers, as a blank PDF for printing, as a CSV spreadsheet, as plain text, or as a .testory file to send to classmates. Save any result as a PDF report. Back up your entire library into one file.
