## Texaco Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Annoying"
I’d added my info to the app but they have disappeared. The card details in the wallet in my obi e are different to the number on the key fob. Won’t let me change them no matter what I do. Pointless.
-- fionasparkles, 2026-09-05

### *---- "Dreadful"
I’ve forgotten my password but when I try to reset it the reset link takes you straight back to the reset request page and after 5 attempts you get locked out for 30 mins. Absolutely pathetic. I think I’ll empty the account and get my fuel elsewhere
-- mostghosts, 2026-08-10

### ***** "Raza"
Greatest service
-- Hehheehheehhe, 2026-07-16

### ***** "Fuel"
Good
-- Subindra rai, 2026-06-13

### *---- "It doesn’t work"
The service for the points and the app doesn’t work properly. I have a physical card that I can’t link to the app. The amount of points are not given in the right way, when I fill the car with around 40L I’m rewarded points only for 1L, which is only one point (I have the receipts as well). The contact customer service doesn’t work. If you use this service forget about the points. It’s just a scam. 1 year of filling the tank (every week) and you barely get £5 worth of points 😅
-- Xaviuz, 2026-06-05

### ***** "Best Price"
We always fill up in this garage, as prices are good and I love all the staff they are very welcoming…!!
-- suzymur, 2026-05-17

### ***** "Fuel"
Finding this very easy to use
-- NLockhat, 2026-04-26

### *---- "Useless!"
Don’t bother. It doesn’t even work. Login issues have prevented me from even using it! Dreadful.
Apple…why is this even on the App Store?
-- Gza baseline, 2026-03-31

### *---- "Pants login process failure"
They've wrecked the app. Refuses stored password (with Password Manager). Doesn't do a password reset after going through the process and then locks you out because of 5 failed login attempts. Seriously bad UX. Looking at other reviews it's been ongoing for months and months.
-- Gr4tion, 2026-03-24

### *---- "Rubbish"
Don’t waste your loyalty with this business man
-- SUDARV, 2026-03-11

### *---- "Texaco user"
The password resetting link takes you to the login page instead of any password resetting page. So have never been able to make any use of this app at all. Not sure how others are doing about it? What to do if I would like to spend my accumulated points?
-- Texaco user, 2026-02-28

### **--- "It should be a qr code or bar code"
The nfc thing is awful doesn’t work half the times, tescos clubcard style qr code are so much excellent or life the digital gift cards from Tesco. Excellent and better but texaco nfc is horrendous
-- Tawfreaky, 2026-02-26

### ***** "Tomi"
The only reason why you should have to go is to go
-- Tomi Sherriff, 2026-02-21

### ***** "Happiness"
Just great
-- tts dude, 2026-02-10

### ***** "🫶🫶"
🫶🫶
-- Firat Yilmaz Cakiroglu, 2026-01-30

### ***** "Good"
Good
-- lezanev, 2026-01-19

### *---- "Fix the app"
Worked initially but am now logged out I’m unable to log back in and unable to reset password sort it out guys!
-- Woblo01, 2026-01-04

### *---- "Not good!"
As with many other reviews, the app seems to be not working and personally, it tells me that my login information is incorrect - despite changing it on the website (as I couldn’t change it on the app!). Then, attempted to send them a message to see if I could contact them that way, guess what, it wouldn’t send it! iOS last updated 3 months ago, not sure if that was just a gimmick!
-- Butsybut, 2025-12-29

### ***** "Disappearing pass"
So I’ve collected thousands of points on here then when to use the app one morning and the card had disappeared from my wallet.I’ve tried everything to retrieve to no avail.by by texaco app hello bp app
-- Darranneal, 2025-12-19

### *---- "Unable to register details. Defunct app"
I can’t even sign in to the app despite scanning it all year. A great way to lose all your points. What a waste of time
