## Texas Bay CU Reviews in United States

### ***** "Best service"
Great bank!
-- dominick8691, 2024-12-02

### ***** "Awesome"
Awesome
-- Hot Skates, 2024-11-26

### **--- "Not convenient for me"
This app for paying my car loan is a bit complicated and not very user-friendly. It feels more complex than other apps I’ve used, making the payment process a bit slower and less efficient.
-- Elshan Chelebi, 2024-11-21

### *---- "App"
The app is slow
-- osmar 🙂, 2024-09-24

### ***** "The Best Little Credit Union in Texas"
This company makes it so easy to get things done that I don’t mind doing them. I’ve had accounts here for several decades and I have never had a problem that they could not help me solve. And always with a smile and a “we got this” attitude.
-- Slot happy deaux, 2024-09-09

### *---- "Review"
It doesn’t let you pay more then 100
-- Boudreaux 1, 2024-08-02

### *---- "App"
The app logs me out all the time, doesn’t remember my password after I give permission to to remember it and doesn’t recognize my Face ID after I set it up.
-- TylersandCo, 2024-08-01

### ***** "Review"
Great place to bank with and friendly staff
-- Carbrymark, 2024-07-15

### *---- "Changes to billing"
The decision to change billing and drop all info from the website and app so that all of it had to be re-entered caused my elderly parents to miss payments, lower their credit score, receive many embarrassing outstanding balance letters and stress, and cost me a day off from work to get it all re-entered, so $500 plus fuel and food. Thanks so much for just dumping peoples info, great move.
-- RickyRicarso, 2024-07-14

### ***** "Amazing"

thank you
