Wanted to write and print a page. Nothing more than a notepad. When I came back it asked me to pay up weekly subscription. How can something like this be in the App Store?

Forced to update?
Blocked from using original text edit? Forced to updated to new Text Edit with all kinds of new features? A basic text editor is all that I need. Nothing more - BASIC TEXT EDITING. Text edit is no longer is up for the task. Forced to update? Nope, buh-bye. App deleted.
