## Text In Church Reviews in United States

### **--- "Latest Update is Disappointing"
The platform of Text In Church is great. But the latest update of the mobile app is very disappointing and frustrating. One of our staff members cannot get back into the platform since the “two factor authentication” process because the confirmation texts never arrive at his phone. So it’s completely useless for him (our lead pastor). The update also took away some of the basic messaging features, like a swipe to archive messages or mark as unread, making it less intuitive for the user. The character count is also tighter in the mobile app than the web browser. Which means to get the most use out of the platform, I now have to be at my desktop… to text… not on my phone. Something in the interface now between the app and my phone (iPhone) will not clear the notifications from the app’s icon. It takes refreshing the app about 4 times before the notification will update properly on the screen of the phone. Again, the principle of the platform and what it provides is good. The update though has been rough.

### ***** "The best church comms app"
It makes connecting with my church so easy from Sunday to Sunday!
-- NinaHamp, 2024-11-16

### ***** "Review"
I use this tool almost every day. I love it. And I especially appreciate having phone in church. This has really been a great tool.
-- Chuck Russ, 2024-10-09

### *---- "Issues With iPhones"
If you are trying to use this app with an iPhone be aware that it will log you off on a regular basis. It doesn’t matter if you last logged in yesterday or last month, there is a good chance that you will have to login again. If you’re like me, and forget what your password was, you will have to go through the contortions of creating a new password.
-- Chosen not Choosing, 2024-08-02

### ***** "They helped me cancel my service when asked"
My cancellation worked after I got a hold of someone by email. They did things right.

Thank you
-- Brazil Conroy, 2024-05-22

### ***** "Best church texting app out there"
Highly recommend to any churches looking for a church text messaging platform. Text In Church is the best!
-- maxmlyons, 2024-05-18

### ***** "Communication"
This is a great system to improve church communication.
-- rogers5829, 2024-05-14

### ****- "Not as good as the website"
Very helpful and powerful ministry tool. But for some reason, there are character limits on the app that don’t appear on the web browser.
-- PastorStephenLuna, 2024-05-04

### **--- "Not intuitive. Doesn’t save drafts."
Difficult to use and many steps to send messages to groups or individuals. Seems like there are some updates needed.

Functional but clunky…
-- Family Bible lover, 2024-04-07
