Have been a years long PAYING client and all of a sudden my number no longer works. Can’t send texts and calls aren’t coming in. Terrible

Before you had a free number and could make calls Now they dont let you keep a number you have to pay and reserve it

The app it self appears free but when you check your phone bill it charges you there for can-USA text even if the recipient number is also in Canada… must be a USA app and the messages go to them first and then rerouted? Idk I do like the private number though… was using it for dating new ppl…

Garbage
Used to like you think this was able to use it just fine for free but now can’t get confirmation codes I can’t even download it after I deleted it to see if that was the problem. Garbage utter garbage
Very Expensive
Too much expensive. Other apps offering in 2$ per month
Really awesome app but..
You can only call a couple times then it doesn’t let you call again until you pay and you can only send one video at a time and three pictures at a time and it’s really slow and half the messages don’t send. Other then all that it’s a good alternative for texting apps :)
Drastic price increase
Forcing a drastic price increase for a long time subscriber all of a sudden is in such poor taste. Why wasn’t there more notice or why could it be done gradually over the years? I don’t use the numbers have enough anymore, and only kept them in case someone from the past did contact me and for sentimental reasons. But it’s time to just cut the cord.
Why
I paid for premium says I have it u til the 20th but I don’t get text messages or and can’t call. It shows me being a free member but when I try to purchase premium it states I already am ? I paid for something I’m not receiving !!
