MISSING REFUND

I made a payment by mistake with a Nigerian master card and asked for a refund . You guys sent a mail saying it’s been refunded. But i haven’t seen the money in my account. Or is it supposed to be somewhere else? It’s 12,500 naira. Please how do I access the money? It’s not in my account
