In the end only 2 out of 10 are using it now, because theirs were the only numbers it worked for consistently. For most users it never worked and caused many more problems than good. We went through everything with Twilio multiple times, ran diagnostics. It came down to Textable. Tried emailing their support and calling them... no answer. Very sad because I think there’s a lot of potential and the interface is clean yet sleek. I’ve been using both the web and mobile apps to communicate with customers using a Twilio phone number. It works well for texting and can receive images. Some giant issues though. The first is there is no way to navigate back from a text message when you only have one. You are stuck in the message or can go to you login. Once you have 2 messages it opens up another pane/menu. The other is if you get a file there is no way to save it.
