I can’t believe the prices to just send a message. I can use other app to send it for a quarter of the price these guys charge

Exceptional Customer service

I’ve been using this app for almost two years. They are prompt with delivery. I had an issue with one facility not accepting my documents so I reached out to customer service. They responded promptly and resolved the issue. Ver helpful, I highly recommend using this app to communicate with your loved one. They also provide feedback with notification on once something has been submitted and received,

Love text behind

Been using this to communicate with my sons father who is incarcerated. They make it so easy to send messages, pictures, etc. highly recommend text behind!!!

Amazing App

I recently started using the TextBehind app to communicate with my loved one who is incarcerated, and I have been extremely impressed with the experience. The app is user-friendly and offers a wide range of options for sending messages and staying in touch. I have found the customer service to be exceptional as well - it is easy to get ahold of someone and the responses are incredibly fast. Overall, I highly recommend the TextBehind app for anyone looking for a reliable and convenient way to stay connected with their incarcerated loved ones. It has made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.

Customer service awesome

Customer service was awesome! I was unable to get an account set up and they worked with me until I got one set up! They went above and beyond to accommodate me and to assist with setting up my account!! Highly recommend!

Good App

App is good . I wish the would put the location back on the contact. I use to be able too see what block and cell my love one was in. This provided safety for him. Now they removed that info and I feel uneasy about it. Please put that info back on the app. It was an added reassurance that was very appreciated
