Questa è la prima volta che completo l’ordine online, quindi la mia recensione sarà positiva solo se lo riceverò correttamente. 
In questo caso, l’ultima volta che ho provato a fare un ordine online non è stato evaso, nonostante le ripetute volte in cui ho contattato l’assistenza, dove mi è stata sempre fornita una risposta sempre vaga e senza mezzi termini, senza poi risolvere effettivamente il problema. Infatti ci ho perso solo un casino di tempo e ho dovuto fare di nuovo il regalo, facendomi fare una brutta figura incredibile. 
Spero in quest’ordine!

Sono stata recentemente nel negozio e ne sono rimasta entusiasta. L’ambiente è accogliente ma delle volte affollato e ben organizzato, con una vasta scelta di prodotti di ottima qualità e sempre al passo con le ultime tendenze. Lo staff è stato gentile, disponibile e professionale, pronto a consigliare e aiutare senza essere invadente. 
Ho trovato tutto ciò che cercavo, e anche i prezzi sono molto competitivi rispetto alla qualità offerta. Sicuramente tornerò presto per i miei prossimi acquisti.

Purtroppo l'app non funziona correttamente. Non sono mai riuscita a fare un acquisto perché al momento del pagamento si blocca. Ho scritto varie volte ma non sono mai riuscita a risolvere il problema

Da migliorare assolutamente. Perde continuamente gli sconti e bisogna iniziare da capo. Prima ti fa pagare poi scegliere l’indirizzo. Molto meglio scegliere ed impostare tutto prima del pagamento come tutte le altre app di marchi analoghi.

L’app è ottima, mi piace molto lo stile e offre tanti vantaggi e funzionalità. 
L’unica pecca è che lo storico dei coupon non funziona e i coupon non sempre mi vengono dati quando raggiungo i punti necessari. Per il resto la consiglio vivamente!
