Doesn’t work
I paid the subscription but still can’t access the paid options…
STOLE MY MONEY
They advertise a free trial and then just take €9,99 from your account!! Apparently I already had the app years ago but I'm supposed to remember that? I literally clicked on 'get free trial' and then they just took money out of my account. BEWARE!! Horrible and misleading. And it's really not worth the money, no nice effects
Paid and doesn’t work
I paid for my subscription and I can’t log back in to my account. I have tried several times to reset my password and the e-mail is nowhere to be found. I already tried contacting Tezza and there is no response whatsoever!
Disappointment
95% of the app needs a paid subscription and it doesn’t even work properly. I used it for 5 min, it crashed once and the zoom on the picture didn’t work properly. Optimisation comes before aesthetics !!
The app isn’t working anymore ??
Every time I try to import photos all is freezing and I can’t do anything to change that, I already try to delete and reinstalled the app but that doesn’t work and I don’t understand why :( I’m sad bc I loved this app and now I can’t use it anymore.
New version
I'm sorry but this new version is not for me. I paid for the premium membership and just wanted the dust package WITHOUT ANY GRAIN ADDED and it seems I will never find this again. Bye Tezza, you changed girl.
Constantly asking to join
Constantly asking to join even tho I have a yearly subscription. Already deleted the app 10x to get it back working.
Constantly crashes
Constantly crashing. Especially when trying to save videos
Don’t download
I downloaded this app and I did the 7 day free trail to see if I will like it first before I decide to pay money for it… well, I end up canceling the subscription before the 7 days was up and I end up getting charged for it anyways… So, if I was anyone I wouldn’t do the free trail because they’ll still charge you even though you canceled it.. this has never happened to me before on any other photography apps…
