Tezza: Aesthetic Photo Editor

I’ve been using Tezza app for years now and I love the idea of it (nice filters, great effects, IG planning and video editing in one place, new stuff is coming out regularly which is great) BUT it’s getting more and more frustrating that there’s always some kind of a bug. Yeah, I get that you have a ‘small team’ or that it’s a ‘family business’ or whatever but we’re paying for a service here. Right now I can’t use the feed planner because it won’t load my Instagram pics. I tried to log out but there’s an error code when I’m trying to log back in… before this there was a problem with deleting photos from the app (took ages), it crashed a lot, for a few days I couldn’t even start the app because it froze and crashed immediately. You’re providing a service for money here, and we rely on the app for our jobs. This is getting ridiculous.

This app is life! It inspiers you, its easy to use and you can tell that the creators of this app have put their hearts into it. I use it since day one and I don’t need any other editing app! LOVE LOVE LOVE ❤️

I’m a long time subscriber and I love the app and that Tezza and Cole comes out with such fun and creative features from time to time, but I HATE the new layout so much! Makes the whole gallery so cluttered and hard to navigate... I actually stopped using vsco when they changed to this type of layout. Wish they’d bring back the old simple grid one or it would be even better if we could just choose. Update: still loving it but deleting a file from the library takes an eternity, sometimes even freezes the app, very annoying.

i’ve been subscribed and using the tezza app for years. for the last 2 weeks, it won’t let me use the feed planner. it says it’s connected to my instagram, but my instagram feed is not showing. it now disconnected from my instagram and keeps giving me an error code. very disappointed.

While I have loved using the Tezza App for years, the new update requires a public IG account to utilize the Feed feature. This is very unfortunate as for me and I am sure for many others, there are numerous personal reasons for keep IG private. Why is the requirement to have a public account in order to use the feed feature? If we subscribe to pay, shouldn’t we have access to use the feature provided (based on subscription selected) separate of IG profile setting?
