Issue in Editor
I buy a subscription, but when i click on anything its show me errors of resources if i use any effect or what, its show pop up that you cannot use this, my subscription is gonna lost?

• Subscribers get access to everything currently in the Tezza app as well as all new features, filters, photo/video effects, editing tools, and guides as they are released for as long as they are subscribed
• Subscriptions can occur on a monthly basis or a yearly basis
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

This app charges you without asking for permission. I never signed up for a premium yet I got charged 4000 pkr out of out pocket. This is big money in my country. Terrible app.

Subscription issue
Hi, i’m a blogger and use your app for all my photos, i haven’t been able to edit my photos because of some subscription issue. I updated the app, I cancelled the subscription and subscribed again. The issue is still there. Pls fix it soon, thanks!
feed planner no longer working
i’ve been subscribed and using the tezza app for years. for the last 2 weeks, it won’t let me use the feed planner. it says it’s connected to my instagram, but my instagram feed is not showing. it now disconnected from my instagram and keeps giving me an error code. very disappointed.
Tezza-IG
While I have loved using the Tezza App for years, the new update requires a public IG account to utilize the Feed feature. This is very unfortunate as for me and I am sure for many others, there are numerous personal reasons for keep IG private. Why is the requirement to have a public account in order to use the feed feature? If we subscribe to pay, shouldn’t we have access to use the feature provided (based on subscription selected) separate of IG profile setting?
Doesn’t save photos anymore

charged extra payments.
although i liked the filters, this app charged me multiple times in october and november. when i noticed the charges. i req a refund for the extra charges but kept the monthly fee because i do like the filters and they cancelled my entire membership which is something i didnt want to do but whatever now.
Used to love :(
This used to be my favorite app for editing photos and videos! Recently the app no longer lets me edit any video without upgrading (I’ve been paying for the app for months). I thought maybe they updated to having to pay even more for video capabilities but when I click “upgrade now” the app freezes and nothing happens. I keep checking for app updates and am disappointed this bug isn’t fixed. I messaged on Instagram as well since that’s the responses to many negative reviews but I haven’t heard anything. Big bummed and hope it’s fixed soon.
