## TfL Pay to Drive in London Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Can’t it just stay signed in?"
Having to sign in every time is beyond silly at this point
-- Djfhfjdksjshsjshsj10000, 2024-12-22

### *---- "Doesn’t retain customer number and not in sync with payments"
The app does not retain customer number / does not collect latest payment history , leading me to believe that I hadn’t paid when I have . This makes the app useless as I may as well use the website where my browser came retain th
-- Geoff_, 2024-12-15

### *---- "Disgusting"
Absolutely awful what’s being done. Can’t even travel to work without getting charged. Something needs to be done against this as it’s only effecting the working class. Can’t believe we let the government screw us this much. 🤮
-- snrhriwkfn, 2024-12-06

### *---- "Doesn’t recognise PCN numbers"
Tried to pay a PCN using this app but it didn’t recognise it.
-- Sigma123__, 2024-12-01

### *---- "Keeps logging out"
Not sure why it takes 3 days for a congestion charge to show up. The app logs out every few days and asked for ID and password each time.
-- Pauljs1, 2024-11-25

### *---- "Fix the app"
Why does the app keep crashing every few weeks? It works alright for a couple of weeks and then it crashes, you can’t log in, can’t log in online either and you can’t pay not even as a guest... I had to pay a fine on two occasions because the app was not working.
Fix the app.. it is a joke
-- point8, 2024-11-10

### *---- "Stuart Gibson"
After several failed attempts at trying to register a new account for ULEZ & Congestion charges I am left with having to pay two separate charges manually.
Very poor website!
-- Stu Gibson, 2024-10-30

### *---- "No info"
Useless, shows total I owe but no breakdown for this i.e. no individual charges or statements.
-- johnns3092, 2024-10-14

### *---- "„Brill” to get your money !!! TFL rip-off again…"
Attempted to pay penalty for yellow grill so to simplify it for future wanted to register myself. Money had been taken away from my account immediately but no confirmation or account activation emails received.
Wy would you take so much personal information from customers if you are not bothered? TFL being TFL really, so nothing new, nothing surprising.
-- 5pamelot, 2024-10-12

### *---- "Terrible App"
At least if you ask for a sign in remember the customer ID it’s a 10 digit number - who can remember that. Shoddy pointless app.
-- Klaus 9989, 2024-10-09
