Asked for no chilli flakes on my chicken came with chill flakes. When complained told well u should have said when I did check so I told elli you actually never did check back I was waiting we had to go and grab her even for the bill. Watch your CCTV and you will see no check back was done. Don’t appreciate been lied to and top been argued with. The young lady at the front very helpful and cheerful. Our server Leslie H was attentive and helpful ensuring we were served quickly and with a smile. When the food came and we requested 3 side plates, each and every one was dirty, with dried in food from a previous use. I’d say the attention to detail and valuing the customer is lacking. Please can training be offered, so that there is more of a buzz between front of house & customer?
