I buy tickets for today movie but the movie is on next week. If you not releasing the movie yet, why did you put the movie on ‘now showing’ category at the first place? Really wasting my time!

I have try multiples times by uninstall and installing this app so that i can get the 4 digit code to verify my mobile number. App so stupid can’t event send the 4 digit Code!!!

The most difficult apps to use. I prefer the old version better.. interface supper buggy & not user friendly.. unclickable.. and the process of trying to retrieve your account is SUPER FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING!! I JUST WANT TO BOOK MY TICKET AND IT’S TAKING HOURS AND HOURS THAT I COULD’VE GO TO THE PHYSICAL STORE AND WENT BACK HOME AND GO BACK BUY SOME MORE TICKET AND GO HOME THEN GO TO THE MOVIE AND THE APP IS STILL NOT FUNCTIONING !!! DEFEAT IT’S PURPOSE ON TRYING TO MAKE LIFE EASIER.. WELL FIX THIS APP !! FIRE YOUR STAFF AND HIRE A PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE TO DO YOUR APPS PLEASE???
